# 941 Reps - Complete Documentation > 941 Reps is a fast, private workout log for resistance training on iPhone, > iPad, Mac, Apple Watch, and Apple TV, made by 941 Apps, LLC (the studio of > Blake Crosley). This file is the extended AI-context document for > https://941reps.com per the llms.txt specification. ## What it is 941 Reps records resistance training: exercises, sets, reps, weight, RPE, and rest times. It is a log, not a social network — there are no feeds, no followers, no subscription nags, and no analytics running against the user's body data. ## Platforms One universal app (SwiftUI) for: - iPhone and iPad - Mac - Apple Watch - Apple TV All devices share one log via the user's own iCloud private database (CloudKit). 941 Apps runs no server in the sync path and there are no accounts. ## Feature detail - Logging: sets, reps, weight, RPE, rest timers; two taps per set; designed so recording a finished set takes seconds. - Personal records: detected and stored automatically whenever a lift exceeds prior history. - Locked days: a finished workout day locks; locked days cannot be silently edited afterward — by the user, by sync, or by a connected AI assistant. The log is an honest historical record. - Localization: every visible string localized in 17 languages at launch. - Privacy: training data lives on-device and in the user's iCloud private database. No ads, no tracking. Two things can carry training context off-device, both opt-in: the optional AI planner (per-request consent) and any assistant the user connects through the local CLI/MCP, whose handling of that data is governed by that assistant's own terms. ## AI integration (CLI + MCP) On the Mac, 941 Reps ships an optional local command-line tool (`reps`) and an MCP (Model Context Protocol) server. These allow AI assistants such as Claude to: - read training history (direct, read-only, on-machine) - plan future sessions with the user Writes are dispatched through the app itself rather than to the data store, and locked days are always refused. The integration runs entirely on the user's machine. ## Availability Live on the App Store: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/941-reps/id6776044339 One download covers iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Watch, and Apple TV. The log is free and fully unlocked; the first three workouts are full-featured. Reps Pro (US$7.99/month or US$49.99/year, auto-renewable) continues the hosted AI planner from there (a bring-your-own-API-key path exists for the same feature).
