The App

941 Reps is a workout logging application for iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Watch, and Apple TV, developed by 941 Apps, LLC. You may use the App for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these terms and Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

Your data

Your training data belongs to you. It is stored on your devices and in your personal iCloud private database, and deleting the App and its iCloud data removes it entirely. We keep no copy of your log; the only time any of it reaches us is inside an AI planning request you initiate, where it is processed transiently and never stored. The Privacy Policy spells this out in full.

Not medical advice

941 Reps is a training log and workout planner. Its plans and suggestions — including AI-generated ones — are informational, not medical or health advice. Resistance training carries inherent risk — consult a qualified professional before beginning or changing a training program, and train within your limits.

The CLI and AI integrations

The optional local command-line tool and MCP server are provided for use with your own data on your own machine. AI assistants you connect to the App, and the App's own AI planning, act on your instructions and at your discretion; their output is subject to the same "not medical advice" limitation above.

Warranty disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We work hard to make it reliable, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 941 Apps LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the App or this website.

Changes

We may update these terms; the current version will always be posted here with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
